Our expertise is in Garment Development, and we have become known for producing the most premium cycling apparel available anywhere in the world. Part of this vision is to make sure you have the perfect size and achieve the very best fit. Please read below about our 90 Day Returns & Exchanges Guarantee.


If your garment does not fit as you were expecting, or has a manufacturing fault, we will offer an immediate exchange for you. Upon deciding the need for an exchange, please email and let us know your order number and the size you wish to exchange for. Goods must be returned within 90 days of purchase​, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then Black Sheep will not be able to process the exchange.

We will return your new garment via EXPRESS Post. Please allow up 7 days as the postage system is beyond our control. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. Return address for exchanges:

If in the event that we are sold out of your desired size, we will offer you a FULL refund of the purchase price. We want to make this experience as risk free as possible for you.

If something is faulty we will happy to assist you to get you back out on the road. Typically this may include refunding or replacing the product, provided the item is returned within 90 days​ of purchase, with proof of purchase, the garment is unworn, unwashed and with tags.


As mentioned above, we are committed to an EXPRESS and risk-free Exchange Guarantee. Apart from those points mentioned above, we unfortunately do not offer any refunds.
